  • There is no minimum order requirement for wholesale. You can order as little or as much as you need, whenever you need it. Whether you're just getting started with matcha on your menu or stocking up for a busy season, we make it easy to order on your own terms.

  • No, you do not need to create an account to shop wholesale. You can simply browse, add items to your cart, and proceed with your purchase.

  • We process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Orlando, Florida.Free shipping is available on all domestic orders of $400 or more via Economy (5–8 business days).For faster delivery, we ship via UPS and USPS at calculated rates:

    • UPS Ground / UPS Ground Saver
    • UPS 3 Day Select®
    • UPS 2nd Day Air®
    • USPS Ground Advantage

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location.

  • Yes. We created two sample products: one bundle for our matcha products and one bundle of herbal teas. Both are offered at a discounted price, so you can try them and see which products work best for your business before committing to a larger order.

  • We accept all major payment methods at checkout:

  • If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in original, unopened condition for a refund or exchange.

  • We do not currently offer private labeling or custom packaging for wholesale orders.

  • Yes, we do offer international shipping. Shipping costs will vary based on your location. Contact us for an estimate or if you need further assistance with international orders.
